The company subleased 7,000 square feet in 9 Greenway from Houston-based Verde Energy, ChaiOne CEO Gaurav Khandelwal told the Houston Business Journal. The company’s roughly 25 employees will move into the space in November, he said.
“It’s extremely opulent,” Khandelwal said. “Verde did a great job with the space. The furniture, the furnishing, the features — everything is top class. We just brought our monitors and our laptops, essentially.”
